So the guy made it up? Or he hallucinated the whole thing? I'm guessing PA is going to put a guard house at that entrance to keep out the non-resident crazies.
You know, when I actually lived in Palo Alto, I didn't know there were Palo Alto Resident Only parks. Goes into the "if I had only known back then" category.
