How to spot a baby conservative

Remember the whiny, insecure kid in nursery school, the one who always thought everyone was out to get him, and was always running to the teacher with complaints? Chances are he grew up to be a conservative.

Well, you set the bait, and I am powerless against the lure.

These stories of liberals trying to define conservatism as a mental disorder come up from periodically (as the article you link to points out). I assume that you believe this is funny rather than accurate.

The headline is way more inflammatory than the meat of the article anyway. Just over one hundred in the study (and they're all from Berkeley)? .27 correlation? It's no wonder people can't trust reporters. It's too tempting to bury the lede if the facts don't support a great story.

Hi Kathy!

Good to hear from you and glad you're back posting.

They forgot to add to that list that those kids usually grow up to own the majority of wealth in the world for which the self-reliant liberals end up working for :)

Couldn't resist that. Ha!
